Javier Girones Joins Global Boutique Executive Search Firm Team Capital as Managing Partner, Spain, Latin America and the Middle East

London – June 20, 2017 – Team Capital (www.teamcapitalgroup.com) a leading global boutique executive search and specialty consulting firm today announced the appointment of Javier Girones as a Managing Partner of the firm and the opening of an office in Madrid. His appointment is effective June 16, 2017.
Prior to joining Team Capital, Girones served as Chief Financial Officer of El Seif Group, one of the leading construction companies in the Middle East. His areas of concentration will include serving clients in Spain and LATAM, and with the support of the firms Bahrain office, Girones will marshal the firm’s resources to continue the strong growth of Team Capital’s Middle Eastern clients both within and outside the Middle East.

Mr. Girones has previous experience as CFO with multibillion dollar European construction and EPC contractors in Saudi Arabia and also worked for Ericsson Iran during the deployment of the entire Iranian network and in different European locations in the Telecommunications sector as well as in private office. Girones has expertise in establishing international new joint ventures in different countries and deep experience restructuring organizations during critical times.
The new Madrid office will further build the firm’s global presence with offices already in London, Bahrain and USA.
